What yaan Does

yaan provides bot protection for websites. You add our script to your site, and we try to detect bots and suspicious traffic.

By using yaan, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What We Don't Guarantee

No SLA: We don't guarantee uptime or availability. The service might go down for maintenance, bugs, or other reasons.

No Accuracy Guarantee: Bot detection is hard. We'll do our best, but we don't guarantee we'll catch every bot or that we won't occasionally flag real users.

No Liability: We're not responsible for losses if the service goes down or fails to detect bots. Use at your own risk.

Your Account

Create an account with accurate info. Keep your login secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Payments

Pay-as-you-go: You pay for what you use. Billing is handled by Stripe.

No refunds: All payments are final. If you have an issue, contact us first—we'll try to help.

Chargebacks: Don't file a chargeback without talking to us first. If you do:

• Your account gets terminated immediately
• You still owe the chargeback fees (usually $15-25)

Taxes: We'll collect VAT/GST where required. Stripe handles the tax calculation.

Account Termination

We can terminate your account immediately if you:

• Don't pay (7+ days overdue)
• Use stolen payment info
• Host illegal content (Swiss law applies)
• Try to hack or abuse the service
• Harass our team or other users

Liability

Service is "as is": We provide the service as-is with no warranties. It might break, have bugs, or not work as expected.

We're not liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Data loss
• Service downtime
• Bot detection failures
• Third-party issues (hosting, CDN, etc.)

Exception: We're still liable for intentional harm, gross negligence, or personal injury (as required by Swiss law).

You're responsible for: Any claims arising from your use of yaan or content on your site.

Legal Stuff

Governing law: Swiss law applies.

Disputes: Contact us first. If that doesn't work, disputes go to courts in Bern, Switzerland.

Changes: We can update these terms anytime. Keep checking back.
